參加資格

本活動限活動期間內實際入住台南晶英酒店之房客參加。參加者須正確輸入有效訂房代號，每組訂房代號限投票一次；重複、偽造、冒用、資料不實或非有效入住資料者，台南晶英酒店得取消其參加與得獎資格。

This event is limited to eligible in-house guests of Silks Place Tainan. Each valid booking code may vote once only.

投票與抽獎方式

參加者完成投票後不得要求修改支持隊伍。2026 世界盃冠軍隊伍正式確認後，台南晶英酒店將自投票給冠軍隊伍且經 PMS 訂房資料核對無誤之有效參加者中，以隨機方式抽出得獎者。

After voting, team selection cannot be changed. Winners will be randomly drawn from valid guests who voted for the champion team.

得獎通知

得獎者聯絡方式以飯店 PMS 訂房資料為準。若資料不完整、無法確認身分、無法聯繫、未於飯店通知期限內回覆，或不符合活動資格，視同放棄得獎資格。

Winner contact information will be verified according to the hotel's PMS booking records.

獎項說明

實際獎項內容、數量、使用期限、兌換方式與限制，以台南晶英酒店最後公告或通知為準。獎項不得要求折現、找零、轉售、轉讓、兌換其他商品或服務。

Prize details, quantity, validity, redemption method, and restrictions are subject to the hotel's final announcement or notification.

資料使用

參加者同意台南晶英酒店於本活動投票、資格確認、抽獎、得獎通知、獎項兌換與必要紀錄保存範圍內使用訂房代號及相關訂房資料。

Booking information may be used for vote processing, eligibility verification, winner notification, and necessary records.

保留權利

如遇系統異常、不可抗力、賽事異動、資料爭議、疑似舞弊或其他未盡事宜，台南晶英酒店保有審核、解釋、修改、暫停、終止活動及取消不符資格者參加或得獎資格之權利。

Silks Place Tainan reserves the right to review, interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate the event when necessary.
